The safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority here at Norwich Cosmetic Clinic and our procedures and protocols for the protection of everyone at the Clinic are being strictly adhered to.
If you are a first-time patient, or visiting for the first time since the Coronavirus pandemic, please rest assured that the safety procedures for when you come into the Clinic will be communicated to you prior to your arrival but we thought it might help you to know what to expect!
Before you even arrive at the Clinic we are asking all all patients to let us know if you have experienced any of the following symptoms:
Temperature or feeling feverish
New cough
Sore throat
Flu -like symptoms such as fatigue/headache
Nausea or diarrhoea
Chills or shivering
Muscle pains or rash
Loss of taste OR smell
If the answer is yes to any of these, then we are not able to proceed with your appointment.
When you get to the Clinic, you will be asked to complete a Pre-Appointment Wellness Form and a Patient Consent Form prior to any treatment. This is an important element of our risk assessment and ensures that we are able to comply with the Government's Track & Trace protocol. Rest assured that these forms will be kept confidentially. If you would like to see these forms or complete them in advance of your arrival please click on these forms here - Patient Consent Form and Wellness Form.
On arrival at the Clinic, the first thing you will be asked to do is sanitise your hands and we will take your temperature. For your own protection, as well as the safety of our staff, we ask that you wear a mask and our staff are all in full PPE, as recommended in Government Guidelines. Where we feel it advisable, such as CO2 resurfacing, our staff will wear additional PPE for their safety and yours.
You will then be directed to a waiting area, which is designated for your visit, so you can be sure it has been sanitised and that you will not be in close proximity with any other patients. All of our treatments rooms are also being sanitised between appointments.
We regret that we are no longer able to offer refreshments during your visit, but filtered water is available should you need it.
We appreciate that this is not quite the welcome you are used to when you visit the Clinic, but rest assured that we are as delighted as ever to see you and you can be assured of the outstanding service and attention to detail you have come to expect from us.
So we would like to thank you for supporting us to ensure that the safety of our patients and staff is paramount at all times.
